• Working with Romanian Academy of Agriculture Sciences and several of its national institutes to upgrade agriculture research capabilities beginning in 2010.
• Providing technical assistance and goods (e.g. livestock and livestock genetics) for an organic and low carbon project in Russia beginning in 2010.
• Consulting, technical assistance, and public/private partnerships for upgrading of the Moldovan agriculture sector 2010 – 2015.
• Technical assistance contract for International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank. The project involved seven technical specialists reviewing the operations of five large Russian farms and recommending improvements
• Trade Mission and Potato Expo – CASP planned and led a 26-person agri-business group to the International Potato Show in Moscow and conducted a trade mission to stimulate business activity between the two countries.
