Dr. Musaed Rached A. Al-Haroun, Ambassador to Canada for the State of Kuwait, met with CASP Director of Environmental Services, David Boyce, recently to talk about CASP’s work in international agriculture development. Mr. Boyce discussed work that CASP can do to benefit agriculture in the Middle East and Asia and working with partners like Kuwait to deliver our expertise to the region.
